Usage info :

Use within Bali area for up to 12 Hours or up to 23:59 on each rental day
Excludes expenses for fuel , parking, toll fees, and driver’s meals and accomodation.

Term and conditions

Cancellation policy

Cancellations submitted within 24 hours before pickup will be subject to 50% of the total cost
Cancellations submitted above 1 x 24 hours before pickup will incur 0% of the total fee

Overtime policy

Use of the 12 hour package does not exceed 24.00 hours on that date, excess usage will immediately incur an additional charge of Rp 50,000 / hour (for using the 6 hour and 12 hour package)
For pickup under or before 06.00 am, an additional fee of IDR 50,000 (in town) and an additional IDR 100,000 (out of town) will be charged
Cancellations submitted at the time of pickup will be charged 100% of the price

Usage policy

All cancellations will be charged in full

Rescheduling is not available for car rental reservations
Pick-up in the district. Gianyar or Badung Utara, or Tabanan Kota, or Tabanan Timur, or Tabanan Selatan will be charged an additional pickup fee of IDR 100,000 to IDR 200,000 depending on the distance
Special pickup at Ngurah Rai Airport, Kuta, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Pecatu, Denpasar Kota, Sanur are not subject to additional fees
Additional charge of IDR 100,000 for use outside selected cities (Tanah Lot, Ubud, Uluwatu and Gianyar)
Additional fee of IDR 150,000 for use outside the city of Bedugul, Kintamani and Besakih areas
Additional costs Rp 200,000 for use outside the city of Lempuyang, Tirta Gangga, Taman Ujung
Additional fee of IDR 250,000 for use outside the cities of Karangasem Amed, Pemutaran, Lovina, Singaraja, Jembrana And for the accommodation fee of IDR 200,000 in 12 hours / day
NON REFUNDABLE policy without exception
Reason for Inputting Data from Customer when Reservation (Car Type, Area / City, etc.)
Standard rental price (car rental plus driver) does not include fuel, parking, tolls and meal allowances for drivers from the 6 hour and 12 hour package of Rp 50,000 / day
Under certain conditions BALI PANCA HANASTA can replace the vehicle ordered with a vehicle of the same type or level (without additional charge) subject to the availability of the Unit with prior notification to the Customer
Loss and Damage of Goods during the trip are outside the responsibility of BALI PANCA HANASTA
If there is a change in schedule and pick-up location, Consumers must inform BALI PANCA HANASTA
